The Beijing-Shenyang Passenger Railway is an important component of the Beijing-Harbin High-Speed Railway—the backbone of the “Eight Vertical and Eight Horizontal” passenger railway network outlined in the Medium- and Long-Term Railway Network Plan. It serves as a crucial rail transport link connecting Beijing to two major economic regions: the Bohai Rim and the Northeast Industrial Base. Moreover, it is a key transportation infrastructure supporting the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, making its construction of great significance. The line runs through six cities across three provinces—Beijing’s Chaoyang District, Chengde in Hebei Province, and Chaoyang, Jinzhou, Fuxin, and Shenyang in Liaoning Province—covering a total length of 709 kilometers. Upon completion, the travel time between Beijing and Shenyang will be reduced to approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.

The Miyun Beam Yard of China Railway Third Bureau Construction & Installation Company is located in Henanzhai Town, Miyun District, Beijing. It is responsible for the fabrication of 408 double-track box girders and 99 single-track box girders along the Beijing-Hebei section of the Beijing-Shenyang Passenger Dedicated Line. Two HBTS80.18 concrete delivery pumps from Huaqiang Jinggong and two HGY-19 concrete placing machines are being used to support the prefabrication of box girders at the Miyun Beam Yard.
