On December 26, 2020, the Yinxi High-Speed Railway—constructed with the participation of Huaqiang Jinggong Equipment—officially began operations. The Yinxi High-Speed Railway runs through the provinces and autonomous regions of Ningxia, Gansu, and Shaanxi, with a total mainline length of 618 kilometers and an investment of 80.5 billion yuan. It is the country’s first ballasted high-speed railway to be completed in one go and also the longest of its kind built to date. Of this, 182 kilometers lie within Ningxia, with an investment of 21.7 billion yuan, and the line includes six stations: Yinchuan, Yinchuan East, Hedong Airport, Lingwu North, Wuzhong, and Huianbao. After the railway’s opening, the travel time between Yinchuan and Xi’an has been reduced from approximately 14 hours to about 3 hours. Meanwhile, the Yinxi High-Speed Railway will connect with other high-speed lines—including the Xi’cheng, Da’xi, and Xu-Lan lines—via the Xi’an hub, enabling Ningxia to truly achieve interconnectivity with the national high-speed rail network.
The HBTS80.18GT concrete delivery pump manufactured by our company is being used in the precast concrete component production for Section YXZQ-9 of the Yinchuan-Xi'an High-Speed Railway’s Gansu-Ningxia section, a project undertaken by China Railway Third Bureau. This section includes two precast beam yards. The Lingwu Beam Yard is located in Xin Hong Village, Baitugang Township, Lingwu City, Yinchuan, on the left side of the mainline at kilometer post DK548+825, covering an area of 232 mu. It is responsible for the prefabrication of 606 simply supported box girders for seven extra-large, large, and medium-sized bridges in Section 9, including 555 spans of 31.5-meter box girders and 51 spans of 23.5-meter box girders. The Wuzhong Beam Yard is situated in Lao Yan Chi Village, Yanchi County, Wuzhong City, on the right side of the mainline at kilometer post DK504+729, covering an area of 145 mu. It is tasked with the prefabrication of 193 simply supported box girders for a total of 12 bridges across Sections 8, 9, and 4, including 185 spans of 31.5-meter box girders and 8 spans of 23.5-meter box girders. Additionally, the Wuzhong Beam Yard is also responsible for the prefabrication of 8 single-track T-beams for the connecting lines.
